A passion for BBQ.
A commitment to quality.
What started with a simple 10x10 tent, a smoker, and a passion for authentic barbecue has grown into Smokehouse BBQ — serving slow-smoked barbecue throughout South Florida.
I didn't start with a food truck or a restaurant. I started cooking because I loved barbecue. Weekend after weekend, I showed up to local events, learning, improving, and serving anyone willing to give my food a try. Every brisket, rack of ribs, and pork butt is still cooked low and slow over real wood because great barbecue can't be rushed.
I don't consider myself a pitmaster. To me, that's a title that's earned through decades of dedication, experience, and truly mastering the craft. I'm simply someone with a passion for authentic barbecue who is always learning, always improving, and always striving to serve the best barbecue possible.
Every cook is another opportunity to get better, and that pursuit of excellence is what drives me. My goal is to continue growing, learning from every fire I build, and one day earn the title of pitmaster through years of hard work, dedication, and respect for the craft.
Today, while the business has grown, my approach hasn't changed. Every order is cooked with the same care, patience, and attention to detail that started it all. Whether I'm catering a wedding, corporate event, birthday, backyard gathering, or serving from the food trailer, my goal is simple — to bring people together over unforgettable barbecue.
Thank you for supporting Smokehouse BBQ and being part of this journey. What began with a tent and a dream continues to grow because of customers like you, and I look forward to serving you at your next event.
